More bad luck!

I finally got my car on the road, and now someone else wants it. My car has been put on some sort of list to steal. The car has been prowled and they tried to steal it today...at school. They likely ran out of time because classes get out every 40 mins. They took my insurance and registration, garage door opener, my checkbook, and some shoes. The rest of the car was left wihtout any damage except for the steering column. I know they are coming back for it, they were too meticulous with it and they stole my registration, which means they have my addy. No clue what to do now, obviously alarms don't do shit for theft.

An alarm with ignition kill would be good. Also some well placed razor blades are a wonderful deterrant. They also make special guards for your windows to make them slimjim proof. Hope you catch the Fu^$#&^$ers

OMG, that can be some scary stuff. i guess when you're a bunch of wanna-be's, you have nothing better to do than copy movies.

i would suggest lowjack, engine kill, or start kill. for now, SERIOUSLY, you should (on the down low) park it in someone else's garage and just leave it until this passes.

Yeah that sucks big time! I agree on the kill switch, its cheap and one of the best anti theft deterents out there.

Are you sure it wasnt a friend pulling a joke? I know this sounds dumb. Just check around first, I wouldnt be surprised if its someone you know or talked to.

This is the kinda stuff that makes me want to sell my car! If you have the money I would get a beater car drive that everyday and take the Civic out for fun.

Yah, I'm pretty sure it wasn't a prank. If it was, they owe me a steering column. I have the car squeezed between two cars right now until I can get a kill switch. I have taken pictures of all the parts in case it does get chopped up. I'll just have to go through the whole procedure with another HB. The one thing that really pisses me off is that its my passion, where its anothers bankroll. I would never give up with the 4g. It has become a part of my life and even if I had a Ferrari, I would still have a 4G.

Mother F******. They came back for the car! They came @ around 1:30AM. The only thing is that I unplugged everthing so they coudn't steal it. My brother was upstairs and he turned on the light and spooked them. F***! He woke me up and I bolted it. I ran right by one of them. DAMN I hate that. If I would have got my hands on them. I'll get them sometime....all I want is my shoes. JJ. The K-9 unit even came out. They really want my car hey! Not tonight. All adreneline is going on full on!

I'd pull the ECU everytime! And then leave the carpet down.

I'd say pull the steering wheel too - 19mm deepwell socket with 6" extension and ratchet...but these thugs would probably drive it down the road with Vice Grips!!

That's really fucked up! They really are dicking with you bad. I'd buy a club or something?? That sucks.
